NHSGGC Child Protection Unit aim to raise the profile of children in need of care and protection and to ensure all staff in the organisation are equipped to take appropriate action if they feel a child is at risk of being hurt or neglected NHSGGC Child Protection Unit provides assistance to all NHSGGC staff through its Child Protection Advice and support Service. The child protection advisors offer advice and support on child protection queries, concerns, policies, procedures and legislation.
