Personal Development Planning and Review

Welcome to our KSF Personal Development Planning and Review (PDP&R) and TURAS Appraisal resources.

KSF is a broad framework which supports a fair and consistent approach to PDP&R and it applies to all staff who are employed under Agenda for Change (AFC) terms and conditions.  The KSF PDP & Review process enables staff to identify the knowledge, skills and learning and development that staff need to do their job well. TURAS Appraisal is the electronic tool used to support that process and record the outcome from it.
