Don't assume that someone has already come up with your idea, every idea counts.
As part of our Financial Improvement Programme (FIP) we are issuing a series of posters and information about how you can really make a difference to the effectiveness of NHSGGC.
We’ve already had some fantastic ideas submitted that have been considered and worked up into savings plans, but we know there will be hundreds of efficiency ideas still to come. To encourage all your great ideas our FIP team will be rewarding the person or team that comes up with the best “Idea of the Month” with £50 (staff only) and a personalised “Idea of the Month” certificate signed by the Chief Executive and Director of Finance.
All you have to do is fill out the form below and it will go to our FIP team for consideration.
