Share Your Feedback

Your feedback helps us build on what works well and improve what could be better.

We encourage sharing feedback with staff delivering care, but offer various ways for you to tell your story. It is important to us you can share your experience at a time and place you feel comfortable.

We’ve made a short film which features examples of when patients telling us about their experiences has helped us to improve.

How can you give feedback?

Provide anonymous feedback about any NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde service using the Care Opinion form below.

Your feedback will be shared with our services and receive a response on Care Opinion.

You can also call Care Opinion to share your feedback on 0800 122 3135.

You will not receive a response to your feedback, but comments will be used to drive change and improvement.


Email - Send us questions about feedback

If you have any questions about sharing feedback, email us at PatientExperience@ggc.scot.nhs.uk.

This email will not be able to help with clinical issues or appointments directly, and you should always reach out to your Doctor, Nurse or other Health Professional in the first instance.


PASS - Get help providing feedback

The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) offers free advice and support to all NHS Scotland patients.

You can get in touch with PASS through their online contact form or calling them on 0800 917 2127.

They help you:

  • Give feedback or comments;
  • Access your medical and clinical records;
  • Understand your rights as a patient;
  • Make complaints about healthcare experiences.

Feedback, Comments, Complaints and Concerns Report

We produce a yearly report about your feedback, comments, complaints and concerns. The report includes the number of comments we receive and examples of feedback resulting in change and improvement.
