Shared Parental Leave

Shared parental leave (SPL) is a form of leave available to working parents following the birth or adoption of a child. It applies in respect of children who are expected to be born on
or after 5 April 2015. It is also available where an adoption agency places a child with you and/or your partner on or after 5 April 2015.
